After the first year of free support runs out, you can purchase additional support for the prices below.
Unless the call has something to do with a potential issue with the software, a support call is a call with Internet connection that lasts no more then 20 minutes. Any time after that is classified as a training call. See the Training page for hourly costs.

Auto Crete, Estimate Concrete & Bid Tracker Support Fees

Support will be charged at $185.00 per incident and will cover 14 days of support.

Reinstalls of software will be charged at $425.00 per seat and will cover 21 days of support.
